What kind of a bank does not have drive thru services at least thirty minutes after the lobby closes?
Terrible Customer Service!!! DO NOT GO HERE. No one was wearing name tags Very discriminatory looking me up and down in my dirty work clothes. Wouldn't cash my money. Going to a different bank.
Terribly understaffed. Expect to wait upwards of 30 mins (I don't blame the poor staff, but you all need to hire more people to help them vs expecting 1 person to run all the car ports & the inside)
Worst bank ever It has very poor customer service they act like we are a problem like we are bothering them. Very understaffed the new guy there is awesome I like him! Bankers just standing around not doing anything you stand in line forever. They have lost my bank deposit bag from over the weekend numerous times. Called to find out about certain things wrong with transactions they say they will look into it and call us back never do!! I'm not not exaggerating it is this bad!! I have kept my mouth closed long enough. What bank does not have the drive thru open on the weekend?? This bank. Worst ever!!!
