Great service. Its messy not because of workers, they have so many games its awesome! I personally love shooter games so the unlimited for one hour($10) was perfect! (swipe every 60 sec/1min). Food is reasonable, its an arcade ~ full of food for munchies
Honestly you are better off going to enchanted castle. I hate to say it because I have been to other round1 locations and they normally provide a cool unique gaming experience. This location however has very low ticket pay out lowering its value as a game room. But hey if you want to go for their unique game line up and crane games then this location works fine.
The staff are very very attentive and friendly! Loved going with friends and it's so much fun when you burn them in racing games~

Games are great. Very clean. Service was terrible. It took 5 minutes to get 2 beers at the bowling alley. They ran out of Bud Light. For our third and last beer it took even longer to get a drink because the service was so bad.
Close, yet so far away from being truly awesome. Food is surprisingly good, that pizza is killer. But the maintenance on their arcade machines leaves much to be desired. It's pretty much a crapshoot if the game you like to play is able to actually work. And even if it does, odds are their network is screwed up and you can't access your data. It seems as if a simple router reset or just buying better equipment in general would solve most of their problems. But from my experience with the staff they could care less. I actually had one who was too lazy to walk the 15 feet to the arcade area to confirm something for me. All in all, Round 1 at SSM is just wasted potential, they invest so much in their space and buying games and equipment yet this location cares not to maintain it. I would love to recommend, but sadly can not.
