My wife called to see if Dr. Anderson or Dr. Lin we're taking new patients and provided our insurance. The lady for scheduling was extremely rude and rushed my wife off the phone. She was trying to interrupt my wife even though my wife want finished ansking the question. The woman's impatient response "No, they aren't taking any new patients at this time." And quickly hung up.
We have moved out of state and he still is helpful. The office staff is great and caring which is hard to find. I miss the small town feel of the office.
Our family has been seeing him for 21 years, I TRUST him implicitly
Dr. Anderson is super smart and caring. Wonderful family doctor.
What bothers me is how rude people are especially in medical offices and when dealing with people on a daily basis. Maybe you shouldn't deal with people if this is the case.
