Please avoid this place for laser hair removal services!!! I came into this practice because it was close to home. I purchased as many sessions as the aesthetician recommended to me for three areas of concern. After completing 6 sessions, I still saw some hair growth and so she said I would need 3 more, which I also bought. After completing all my sessions (this is over the course of almost 2 years) at the time intervals determined by the aesthetician, just 6 weeks later my hair returned. After almost 12 sessions, I should have seen about 80%-95% reduction. I saw about 15-20%. The aesthetician, Renee had moved out of state after my last session and had told me to keep her number in case I never needed anything. I never planned to reach out but when I noticed that my hair was still returning at the same rate after each shave, I texted her the details. She said she would reach out to me after contacting the office. I gave her 1 month and 10 days, but I never heard back so I was compelled to call the office myself. The manager Gabby said she would speak to the doctor about my case and let me know what they could do. I gave them 2 weeks but then contacted again when I didn't hear back. She scheduled me to see Doctor Botros 3 times, but rescheduled every time. I've been put on hold countless times and told Gabby would reach out or the doctor himself. I even asked if he doesn't want to meet me in person, to at least call/email back by the end of the day but nothing. They are now clearly avoiding me because not only did the aesthetician tell me they were going to get a new laser (clearly because it is ineffective) but she also had 2 girls train on me (they are not even licensed aestheticians). This should have been a red flag. I'm super disappointed as I've spent a lot of money, time and energy and the customer service and patient care has been extremely terrible. Mind you, I work with a dermatologist and aesthetician and I scheduled and consult on laser hair removal services all day so I'm aware that it is not a permanent solution. I also have no history of hormonal conditions like pcos or thyroid imbalance. I wish I was not as naive on the day of the consult. But people, please this place is a scam!!! Go somewhere else!!! These place does not deserve your hard earned money! I had planned to bring my mom to get her LHR and have referred so many people to this practice, which I highly regret. I even contacted some of those people who also said they saw barely any results. Please be wise and make sure you don't waste a penny here. These people also removed honest reviews on Facebook as well! Good to know!
Honestly I should’ve known this place was a scam. The prices for the treatments are dirt cheap where other places would have you spend $1000+ for any treatment. Please avoid this place especially if you’re looking to do laser hair removal. I had 6 treatments done for my chin and upper lip. In between the first few treatments, there would be a few noticeable hair on my chin and lip but since I have dark hair I figured it would just get better. A month after I finished my treatments, I realized not only was my hair still growing in the same as before but I had NOTICABLE SPIDER VEINS at the corner of my lips that hadn’t been there before! The treatments were not effective and gave me extra problems! Don’t even bother spending your money here and save it for a more reputable clinic.
