Great place to buy jewelry.. Also having great deals compared to other jewelry stores
Terrible customer service both on the phone and in the store. Employees don’t call when jewelry comes back from service. Most of all, stereotyping their customers. Unfortunately this is what the company wants representing them. They just lost another customer.
They're always extremely polite and helpful! I go here for all my jewelry! Always good deals and good employees
Overall the jewelry is gorgeous but the service sucks. If you are having anything done by the jeweler, the people in the store are just middle men and don't have a clue as to what is going on. They will make up answers and/or lie to you. They don't call you when they get your jewelry in. The jeweler has very little attention to detail and returns it in worse shape than you left it! One thing after another, head ache after another. Go elsewhere.
If you are going to Michael Hill to buy a wedding ring I suggest that you think about it twice they charge for people 50% more then diamond is valued and they make it seem like you're getting a good deal but at the end the diamond is not worth what they say neither is the clarity so if I was you I would not shop at Michael Hill for a diamond ring I got one I am very disappointed I would never buy anything from Michael Hillif they gave me a diamond ring for free I would refuse it worst place to buy engagement ring
